Job description: Our client is a leading, global manufacturer based within the Haverhill area. We are actively looking to recruit, on their behalf, an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for their busy offices. Working Monday to Friday, you will largely be responsible for making and receiving calls within the department and to process orders quickly, accurately and efficiently. You will also need to be able to handle customer problems. Other duties within this forward thinking company will include responding to customer requests by email, over the phone or in person; resolving basic technical issues; recording all calls accurately and supporting the Sales and Marketing department. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and will have an abundance of office based Customer Service experience. Strong IT skills are essential as is the ability to multi-task. You will also need to possess excellent time management. An attractive salary awaits the successful applicant and interviews will take place in Haverhill over the forth coming weeks. |
