Job description:
Our client based near Sawston is looking to expand their Sales Team.
They are looking for a tenacious, hungry and sales driven person who can pro-actively increase new business massively in 2012.
You will have a proven track record for achieving high sales targets with the ambition to smash previous sales targets each year.
You will have access to an existing database however, you will need to be creative and 'think outside the box' in order to reveal and uncover new business.
Once you have achieved a successful lead you will need to arrange a visit to meet that customer to close the sale. It is also very important to build an excellent, trusted relationship with these customers in order to achieve repeat business.
Individual sales can range from anything from £10k to £350k so a good mixture of small and large customers is essential to building on-going revenue.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years sales experience with a proven track record. A competitive salary along with uncapped commission (£20k-£40k OTE potential) will be offered to the successful candidate. You will also be given a company car, company mobile and laptop.
