Our client are a forward thinking, manufacturing organisation based in Haverhill. We are actively looking to recruit, on their behalf, a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and successful customer service team. Please see below some of the key duties for this exciting vacancy...

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Ensure all activity is customer focussed, proactive and profitable.
• Collecting customer enquiries daily and entering customer details onto database from emails/letters/telephone calls.
• Coordinating Area Sales Representatives. Passing customer leads and updating information to field sales via electronic notification.
• Entering quotes onto the system and distribute to customers.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure all relevant information for customers is available.
• Dealing and concluding with demanding customers and complicated problems.
• Raising credit notes for returned goods.
• Fulfilling brochure requests and completing brochure receipt/customer satisfaction calls when required.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills and will be professional, polite and well presented.

Good IT skills are essential and ideally you will be educated to A-Level standard. Customer Service experience is preferred.
