Job description:

  • Are you comfortable dealing with people via Telephone/Face to face and via Email/Social media?
  • Are you able to deal with enquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner?
  • Are you happy working to basic sales targets along with providing excellent levels of customer service at all times?

My Client is a well established company based in Linton and they are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Co ordinator to join its busy and ever growing team.

The post holder will be the main point of contact for existing contacts and also potential new ones. The role will be fast paces and will involve dealing with sales and customer service queries as well as some invoicing and credit control duties.

This is a truly varied role and applicants must be comfortable in all aspects of customer service as well as be able to take sales opportunities to up sell and add value to existing customer orders.

Applicants will have an excellent telephone manner, be well presented at all times and will be fully IT literate to include all Microsoft packages. Previous experience in using a CRM system would be a distinct advantage.

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5. The site benefits from on site parking and commission is available on all sales after a qualifying period.
