We are have a fantastic opportunity available for someone who has experience in a Service Desk environment to join an expanding organisation on the outskirts of Newmarket.

Main duties will include;

  • Speaking with engineers on the phone
  • Processing orders
  • Scheduling jobs and organising routes
  • Updating databases
  • General administration duties

Experience and skill required;

  • Professional telephone manor
  • Confident
  • Organised and able to work to your own initiative
  • Being able to work as part of a team and individually
  • To be proactive within a busy working environment
