Are you an experienced administrator with good IT and communication skills? Are you able to work to deadlines and co ordinate drivers routes? Are you confident on the telephone and can you work well as part of a team? Our Client is looking for a Site Administrator to join them on a Permanent full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but busy office and make a real impact into the daily running of the site. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day administration of the site, co-ordinating delivery routes for drivers, inputting hours for payroll, reporting on clock cards and supporting the site manager by providing some PA services such as filing, diary management and organising meeting rooms. This is a small but busy team, so applicants need to be able to demonstrate the ability to think on their feet and work well unsupervised. Attention to detail, excellent IT skills and a good command of the English language is essential. The successful applicant in turn will benefit from constant on site training and support, company pension scheme and an allocated parking space with easy access from the A14. Please not that due to the companies location your own transport is essential for this role. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 8 - 530.
