An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Associate at my Client, a medical communications agency providing innovative and award winning solutions to clients across Europe.

You will be supporting the account team in delivering client projects, this is a critical role in ensuring project and proposals are delivered on time, to high quality and budget.

Duties include:

  • Providing excellent administrative support
  • Preparing meeting materials
  • Completing contract templates
  • Organising travel
  • Providing event management
  • Gathering quotes from suppliers
  • Managing payments
  • Tracking projects, including invoicing, budgets and overspend

A passion for science and the healthcare industry are essential in this role, you should have an awareness and understanding of compliance guidelines and latest publications and research.
