Our Client based in Waterbeach is looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Processing of Sales orders in a timely manner onto the company I.T. system
- Processing of re-scheduling in a timely manner as required by customers
- Dealing with email and calls from customers
- Processing Sales quotes under the direction of the Sales Team Leader/Customer Service Manager
- Use and updating the company CRM system with customer order and contact details
- Dealing with customer issues and resolving in line with company policy
- Informing customers of delays in their orders
- After sales support to all customers
- Commercial support (Purchasing/Sales/Shipping/Marketing)
- Supporting the Commercial Director as required
- Any other duties that may arise from time to time
Applicants must demonstrate the below:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Understanding of SAP B1 would be useful but not essential
- Customer Service and Sales Office experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity available for an immediate start working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. The company offers free on site parking, and a company healthcare and bonus scheme following transfer to permanent employment.
