Our Client, based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Care advisor to join their busy Customer Service Department.

Working as part of a small team you will work to resolve customer enquiries and complaints via Telephone and Email in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for updating the company CRM System in line with company standards and you will ensure that all contact is carried out to a high level.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8 - 430pm. Due to the location you must have access to your own transport as they are not serviced by Public Transport.

Ideally my client is looking for an immediate start, although notice period will be considered.
