We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established local employer for a number of Customer service advisors to join their busy team.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals with an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills who are confident in a telephone-based role.

This is a full-time permanent position and will involve working 2 Saturday morning’s on a rota basis, these hours are paid at double time. In addition to this, bonus are available providing departmental targets are met and full training and support will be given.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous office or customer service experience. In return the post holder can expect the following:
