We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join our Client based in Red Lodge. This is a temporary ongoing role to cover their busy summer period and is available for an immediate start.

 

The role involves making outbound calls to speak to clients regarding deliveries, follow up on samples and calling lapsed clients to see if they would like to place a new order. The post holder will also be responsible for updating in house IT systems and tracking delivery dates.

 

Applicants must have an exceptional telephone manner, be confident using all Microsoft IT packages and have excellent Customer Service Skills. Previous office based experience is essential and experience using CRM systems is desirable.

 

Hours will be between 25 and 37.5 per week, depending on applicant. The client operates between the hours of 8:30 to 17.00 each day (Mon – Fri) and applicants must be able to work a minimum of 5 hours each day. Please advise on working availability on application.
