Our client is a market leading employer based in the busy market town of Haverhill. We have exclusively been assigned to recruit a Customer Service Representative, to join their expanding team on a temporary basis.
The main aim of the position is to provide support to the Customer Service Team, which will require a strong telephone manner at all times.

Duties include:

  • Managing the company database with customer details
  • Inputting customer orders and ensuring technical information is correct
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships

The successful Customer Service Representative will have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be used to working in a busy and fast-paced environment

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.The successful candidate can expect an attractive salary, dependant on experience.
