An established business owner is looking for a full time PA to assist with personal and professional duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who can support with the everyday business duties but also look after the business owner in a professional, organised manner.

Hours
Monday to Friday
9am until 5pm (40 hours per week)

Salary
£27,000

Daily duties include:

  • Reading through three different email accounts and making sure important emails are forwarded to the right people.
  • Taking daily dictation.
  • Ordering supplies for the business.
  • Being a safe and calm driver
  • Liasing with suppliers.
  • Supporting with any needs the business owner may have.

Personal specification

  • PA experience.
  • Honest and discreet.
  • Unflappable, calm and collected.
  • Copes well under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
  • Organised.
