Our client is an up and coming dining establishment, located in the picturesque village of Clare.
We have been assigned to recruit, on their behalf, an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join their expanding team.
The successful Sous Chef will be expected to work in the kitchen preparing and cooking fresh meals whilst always maintaining the highest standard of food safety and hygiene.
The Sous Chef we are looking to recruit will have experience in a similar role and have the ability to create meals to Rosette standard.
The successful Sous Chef can expect training and guidance from the management team and Head Chef and must be available to work a 5/6-day week on a rota basis, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The selected Sous Chef will receive an extremely competitive annual salary of up £27,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the option of live in accommodation available.
Interviews and trials for the Sous Chef role will take place in Clare, following an exclusive short-listing process by Crem Recruitment.
