Administration and Marketing Support Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has now become available within a laid-back graphics design company. Their vibrant, young team is looking to recruit a new member that can support them with administration and marketing duties in their Newmarket branch in Suffolk. The job role will consist of helping and giving support to their busy team whilst during this demanding time of the year.

This is an immediate start temporary to permanent position available for someone to broaden their marketing and administration skills within a friendly environment.

Hours
9am until 4pm
Monday – Friday

Rate of Pay
£9.00 p/h

Daily Duties

  • Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Administration
  • Answering the phone
  • Working closely with team members to assist support of all duties asked by management

Person Specification

  • Laid back
  • Understanding and helpful
  • Fantastic communication skills on the phone and to customers
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Intermediate skills within computer software such as Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel
  • Reliable
  • Confident, able to work alone and take guidance when needed
  • Proactive
  • A genunine interest in Marketing
