Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their busy operation.

 

Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to work at their site in of Saffron Walden.

 

Duties

 

  • Answering telephone calls and forwarding to appropriate employees.
  • Process order enquiries quickly and efficiently and within target timescales.
  • Submit order acknowledgements to customers within target timescales.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate information is being communicated to customers.
  • Booking in/out of external goods
  • Despatch and packing

 

Hours & Pay

 

  • Full Time, office hours, Monday to Friday
  • Permanent contract
  • £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.

 

Personal Specification:

 

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Office administration experience essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
