We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our client based on the outskirts of Newmarket. Applicants must have excellent IT and communicative skills as well as the ability to hit the ground running and support an incredibly busy and diverse team. 

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone and replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Managing email inbox
  • Process Weekly Timesheets as per company process
  • Collate Vehicle check sheets and vehicle tooling sheets.
  • Fleet Management for all Vehicles. – Tax, MOT’s, Insurance, and servicing.
  • Booking accommodation 
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required.

 

This is a full time temporary to permanent role and is available for an immediate start. 

Hours of Work are Monday - Friday 9 - 530pm and applicants must have access to their own transport due to location.
