Crem Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a part time caretaker for a company in the heart of Newmarket, Suffolk.

Hours

25 hours per week
Monday - Friday 12PM - 5PM

Duties:

Main Responsibilities

The Caretaker is expected to exhibit a reasonable degree of self-management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, effectively and safely; advising and supporting colleagues as necessary. The time that hours are worked will vary from week to week depending on service needs. A flexible approach to working will be required, to ensure service standards are achieved.

To set up the facilities for events and activities including moving equipment and furniture as required.
To support outdoor events promoted by the Council or one of its partners.
To assist with a range of tasks involved in the maintenance of public facilities.
To provide support for the operation of any of the Council’s other services or facilities, as necessary.

Own transport due to travelling to different sites
