Our client is a successful manufacturing and distribution company, based in the picturesque market town of Saffron Walden.

We are actively recruiting on their behalf a Credit Controller to join their busy team, reporting to the Finance Manager, assisting with accurate record keeping in the accounts department.

The role will involve duties including credit control, daily invoicing and preparing and sending customer statements as well as general duties including maintaining the franking machine, answering the telephone and preparing daily and monthly reports for management using Excel.

The ideal candidate for the Credit Controller role will be able to work well under pressure, have good communication and numeracy skills along with a high attention to detail.

Working hours are 08:30-17:00 with a one hour break. The successful applicant will receive a generous pension scheme and life assurance.
