Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their busy operation at this important time.

Our client is based just outside of Saffron Walden and due to their expansion is currently looking for an Customer Service Administrator.


· Produce all documentation for the manufacturing files as a matter of urgency ensuring accuracy.

· Accurately processing and tracking customer orders.

· Produce all necessary documentation for the sales order files.

· Support the Sales Team

· Respond to customer queries by phone, email, or post.

· Assist with production planning with Directors where required.

· Enter/update all sales orders on the company MRP system and send Customer Invoices using the company MRP system.

Working Hours:

· Full-time, Monday to Friday.

· 8 am until 5 pm Mon-Thurs and 8 am until 2:30 pm Friday

Personal Specification:

· You must be computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and have the ability to converse at all levels as well as working in a small team ensuring respect and dignity at all times.

· You will have excellent communication skills.

· You must have a flexible approach and problem-solving attitude.

· You must be an individual with excellent timekeeping and the ability to prioritise tasks.

· You must be confident that your work is maintained at a high standard and it is essential that work procedures are followed in order to ensure the quality of the products.

· You need to be experienced in working with the MRP system.

· You should deal effectively with a wide range of varied tasks with different levels of priority.
