Our client is a market leading employer based in the busy market town of Haverhill. We have exclusively been assigned to recruit a Customer Service Administrator, to join their expanding team on a temporary basis.

The main aim of the position is to provide support to the Customer Service Team, which will require entering orders on to the company database.

Duties include:

  • Managing the company database with customer details
  • Inputting customer orders and ensuring technical information is correct
  • Updating customer care of all orders

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have excellent Microsoft office skills and be used to working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm and the successful candidate can expect an attractive hourly rate of £8-8.50 p/h.
