Our client is a successful manufacturing and distribution company, based in the picturesque market town of Saffron Walden.
We are actively recruiting on their behalf a Customer Service Assistant to assist the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate for this fantastic opportunity will be confident on the telephone and have an excellent telephone manner as well as being IT literate (including Outlook and Excel) and have a good attention to detail.
The Customer Service Assistant role will involve both administration and sales activities, any previous sales experience is desirable.
Working hours are 08:30-17:00 with a one-hour break. The successful applicant will receive a generous pension scheme and life assurance.
