Customer Service Coordinator

Our prestigious client based in the vibrant town of Waterbeach on the outskirts of Cambridgeshire are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join their busy team.

Working with UK and overseas customers from our Waterbeach office, you will work to the Customer Service Manager maintaining customer accounts in processing, and delivery of customer orders and quotations, provide excellent customer service to our customers.

This is a temporary to permanent position or straight to permanent depending on personal circumstance.

You'll be the first point of contact and provide first class customer service advice to their customers via email, telephone and fax to ensure their needs are satisfied.

This is a challenging and fulling role that will always provide their clients’ customers with first class customer service as well as portraying a positive impression of the company.

Duties include:

Processing of Sales orders in a timely manner onto the company I.T. system
Processing of re-scheduling in a timely manner as required by customers
Dealing with email and calls from customers
Processing Sales quotes under the direction of the Customer Service Manager
Use and updating the company CRM system with customer order and contact details
Tracking customer orders and updating them of their progress
After sales support to all customers
KPI’s - ensure we are meeting monthly KPI’s
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Any other duties that may arise from time to time 

Your skill set:

Customer Service in an office environment would be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email and face to face if attending shows.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters
Organized, Motivated and have a proactive approach.
