Our client is a global employer who operates in the manufacturing industry. A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join their company as a Customer Service Representative.

Based at our client's manufacturing site in Haverhill, this is a key role working within the Customer Service department and we are exclusively looking to recruit a candidate who is customer focused and organised with the ability to work to deadlines.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm, the key functions of this post will be to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, gain knowledge of the company’s products, deal with customer queries and log all communications on the company database.

This is a full-on role that will require strong interpersonal and commutation skills and demands a high level of attention to detail.

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who has B2B experience with a drive to always go above and beyond and exceed customer expectations.

Our client is looking to appoint the chosen Customer Service Representative, on a fixed term contract until April 2020, paying a competitive annual salary of £22,000. This role also offers a host of rewarding benefits, such as generous pension scheme and free onsite parking, to name a few.
