Internal Sales Coordinator

We are recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator on behalf of our busy manufacturing client in Mildenhall.

This is a crucial role to the business and involves ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately as well as delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

 

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all correspondence, e-mails and telephone conversations are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Prompt Sales order processing.
  • Sales order checking
  • Receiving / Processing and acknowledging Sample requests
  • Providing delivery updates on a weekly basis to customers.
  • Filing and general office duties.
  • Cover for other areas and when required.

 

Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in an office-based environment and experience in manufacturing would be a distinct advantage. Good knowledge of all standard IT packages is also essential.

The working hours for the Internal Sales Coordinator will be Monday to Thursday 8.30-5 with 30 mins unpaid lunch, Friday 8.30-4.30 with 30 mins unpaid lunch.
