We are recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator on behalf of our busy manufacturing client in Mildenhall.
This is a crucial role to the business and involves ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately as well as delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring all correspondence, e-mails and telephone conversations are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Prompt Sales order processing.
- Sales order checking
- Receiving / Processing and acknowledging Sample requests
- Providing delivery updates on a weekly basis to customers.
- Filing and general office duties.
- Cover for other areas and when required.
Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in an office-based environment and experience in manufacturing would be a distinct advantage. Good knowledge of all standard IT packages is also essential.
The working hours for the Internal Sales Coordinator will be Monday to Thursday 8.30-5 with 30 mins unpaid lunch, Friday 8.30-4.30 with 30 mins unpaid lunch.
