Lettings Consultant

We are delighted to recruit on behalf of our well established client, a Lettings Consultant, to work in their busy, thriving office, located in a prime position central to Haverhill.

This role is fundamental to the office, providing support to the lettings team, drawing up tenancy agreements and assisting with viewings where required.

Working Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday 9am-4pm (with a day off in lieu), the Lettings Consultant will hold a variety of responsibilities, many of which include corresponding with landlords, tenants and prospective clients, however there is also a large amount of administrative duties involved, these include dealing with various queries, email correspondence and referencing prospective tenants.

The successful Lettings Consultant will need to have a strong background in administration, as well as possessing excellent customer service skills. 

Experience in a Property letting/sales environment is preferred but by no means essential.

You must have a full clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle which will be insured for business purposes.

Our client is looking to appoint the successful Lettings Consultant, on a permanent contract, paying a salary of around £17,000 (negotiable) plus various other benefits, including 23 days holiday (increasing to 28 days) plus bank holidays, life cover and a handsome pension scheme.
