Our client is looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineer to work at their busy site based in Haverhill.

Duties

• Mechanical assembly of machine components.
• Machining, using mills and lathes.
• Mechanically setting and testing finished machines before dispatch.

Hours & Pay

• Full time, Permanent. Day time hours with flexibility required.
• £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.

Personal Specification

• Must have a strong Mechanical Engineering background
• Ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools, mills & lathes
• Minimum mechanical engineering qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
