Our client is a global market leader who operates in the manufacturing sector.

We have been assigned to recruit, on their behalf, an experienced and meticulous, Mechanical Test Technician, to work within their busy research facility based in south Cambridge.

The successful Mechanical Test Technician will be expected to work in the laboratory and the research area, carrying out a variety of quality and testing processes, by using Servo Hydraulic testing machines and other test equipment.

The Mechanical Test Technician we are looking to recruit will have previous mechanical testing experience and will have knowledge of pressure, fatigue and other test processes. It is also essential to have the ability to use a variety of computer software, to ensure the correct data is being recorded correctly.

The selected Mechanical Test Technician will be offered a 6-month temp contract and can expect an attractive salary paying up to £28,000 per annum, with other company benefits available.
