​Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their busy operation at this important time.

Our client, who is based in Mildenhall (Suffolk) is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Duties:

·         Produce all documentation for the manufacturing files as a matter of urgency ensuring accuracy.

·         Creating and printing labels for all EDP parts when being assembled.

·         Sorting all transport needs (ie. Proof of Deliveries for Customers or ETA’s).

·         Purchasing of supplies for assembly

·         Respond to customer queries by phone, email, or post.

·         Raising work route cards

·         Raising of dispatch notes for goods to be delivered

·         Assist with production planning with Directors where required.

·         General help with any other office/ administration requirements.

Working Hours and Rate of Pay:

·         Full-time (40 hrs per week), Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm.

·         £12 – 13 per hour

Personal Specification:

·         You must have at least 3 years of experience in administration.

·         You must be computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and have the ability to converse at all levels as well as working in a small team ensuring respect and dignity at all times.

·         You will have excellent communication skills.

·         You must have a flexible approach and problem-solving attitude.

·         You must be an individual with excellent timekeeping and the ability to prioritise tasks.

·         You should deal effectively with a wide range of varied tasks with different levels of priority.

The right Candidate must be also confident with the presence of the Company’s office dog!
