Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit an Office Administrator for a key business, to facilitate their busy operation at this important time.

 

Our client, who are a well-recognised company, based in Newmarket are looking to recruit

an Office Administrator.

 

The successful candidate needs to be:

 

•             Organised, methodical, have an eye for detail

•             Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•             Must have experience of Excel

 

The role will involve:

 

•             Setting up product on the system and website – training would be given

•             Loading images to Pixsell – training would be given

•             Creating SkooCloud links – training would be given

•             Collating samples

•             Liaising with the printer to flag up QC issues

•             Quotations and purchasing – Labels/envelopes/brochures/cards/business cards

•             Costing

 

 

Hours & Pay:

 

  • Term to Perm.
  • Full time, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am until 4 pm.

Friday 8am to 3:45pm

  • £9 per hour

 

Personal Specification:

 

  • An enthusiastic, self-starter with energy and a desire to learn
  • Confident in the use of office computer packages (Microsoft Office, CRM, and design packages).
  • Strong quality and service ethic, be a client focused.
  • Be reliable and trustworthy with excellent team working and people skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
