Crem Recruitment are looking to appoint a Part time office administrator on behalf of our client based in central Newmarket.

Standard hours will be Monday - Friday 12.30 - 5.30pm however applicants will be expected to cover the morning shift as and when required to cover holidays and sickness.

Duties will involve:

  • Preparing paperwork for export orders
  • Replying to and forwarding emails as required
  • General diary management
  • Filing customer orders electronically
  • Ensuring order spreadsheet is up to date
  • Answering the telephone
  • Booking of flights, hotels etc
  • General administrative duties as required

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a flexible and pro active working approach with previous proven experience working in an office environment. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential.
