Our client based in the heart of Newmarket is seeking an Office assistant to join the on a full time permanent basis.
Working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday the post holder will enjoy a varied role with duties including but no limited to:
- General admin and office support tasks as required by colleagues
- Updating Social media in accordance with correct policy and legislation
- Basic Marketing duties
- Dealing with the media
- Answering queries for the general public and escalating as appropriate
- Manage facility bookings
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in an office based role, Marketing experience or qualifications would be desirable but are not essential.
