Our client, who are a well-recognised manufacturing company are looking to recruit an Order Clerk to work at their busy factory in Linton.

Duties:

• Day to day contact with Customers and Suppliers. Professional attitude required as you will be a key representative of the company.
• Processing of Sales Orders/Liaising with customers re. lead times etc.
• Processing of Purchase Orders/Liaising with Suppliers re. lead times etc.
• Liaising with customers regarding free issue raw material supply/shortage reports.
• Working alongside the manufacturing department checking raw material stock levels
• Compiling pricing from suppliers to facilitate our quotation process.
• Day to day organisation of dispatch of packages / post
• Dealing with day-to-day enquiries / Reception duties
• Day to day admin duties

Hours & Pay:

• Temporary to Permanent.
• Monday - Thursday 8a.m. - 4pm. with half hour for lunch & Friday 8am - 3.30pm. = 37 hours per week.

• Must have excellent administration skills
• Professional Communicator
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• Ability to Work Under Own initiative
• Good IT Skills
