Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their busy operation.

Our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to work at their site in Haverhill.

Duties

• Processing monthly payroll including, maintaining, and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime and shift changes and withholding adjustments.
• Responsible for shares and equity payroll obligations and processing timeframes
• Complete mortgage and employment verification forms
• Respond to payroll enquiries from employees, via various email and service portals
• Respond to all auditor inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from local tax authorities

Hours, Pay & Benefits

• Full time, Office Hours Monday to Friday.
• Permanent Contract
• Up to £40,000 per annum.
• Annual Bonus
• 25-days annual leave + Bank holidays

Personal Specification

• Previous Payroll processing experience
• Experience of SAP and Ex-Pat Modifier payroll desirable
• IPPM or CIPP accreditation, highly desirable
• Excellent communications skills.
• Accurate and well-organised individual.
• An individual with a flexible approach.
• Ability to react positively to tight deadlines.
• Good accurate computer skills, focusing on Microsoft Office, especially Excel
