Crem Recruitment is looking for a number of Production and Site operatives for a large local employer based on the outskirts of Linton. These positions are on a permanent full-time basis.

We are keen to talk to any jobseekers who feel they could work in either a production or site maintenance role.

Key skills and attributes of applicants should include:

· Comfortable working inside and outside in all weathers

· Able to record and log data accurately

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Comfortable operating and programming automated machinery (full training provided)

· Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

· Happy to undertake general industrial site cleaning duties as required

All positions available are permanent full-time roles and will be working 40 hours per week between 6am – 6pm out of peak season however during peak season (July – Sept) the site becomes 24 hours operational over 7 days so plenty of hours are available.

All positions available pay between £10.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on the applicant’s previous experience and skill level and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Previous experience within FMCG/Manufacturing/Production/ would be advantageous, however.
