​Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their ongoing expansion at this important time.

Our client is looking to recruit several Inspectors / Packers to work at their busy factory in Mildenhall (Suffolk).

Duties

• Inspecting finished goods for quality within set parameters.

• Identifying issues or faults with finished goods.

• Using hand tools and power tools to remove debris from products.

• Liaising with operators regarding issues or faults.

Hours & Pay

Applicants will need to be able to work 12-hour night shifts between the hours of 6pm – 6am

Lots of overtime available at the time and a half.

Pay rate:

£11.25 - £16.54 per hour variable dependent upon shift pattern allowances

Personal Specification

Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a Production, Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering environment.

• Be reliable and trustworthy.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Able to work within strict guidelines.
