A fantastic opportunity has arisen at my multi award winning Client for a Receptionist.

Duties include:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Logging faults and reporting using in house CRM system
  • Updating clients
  • Creating orders packs
  • Creating project management documents
  • Assisting admin team

You should have experience of MS Office, training will be given on the in house CRM system.

Your own transport is a necessity, due to the rural location. Perks include 20 days holiday (+ 1 per year up to max 25)plus bank holidays, pension and parking on site.
