We are Crem Recruitment, one of the regions leading recruitment agencies. As we hopefully approach the back end of the pandemic, we are looking to push forwards and expand our presence across the local area. With this in mind, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
Initially based from our branch in Newmarket, the successful applicant can expect to join a fast paced and challenging workload. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from registering new candidates through to filling last minute temporary bookings.
We predominantly cover the industrial market with the supply of short term temporary staff across production and warehouse environments, however, being a generic agency, we feel there is scope to potentially expand into more clerical roles to supplement what we already hold in that sector if that is where your skill set fits.
Naturally, the role comes with a focus of business development and you will be expected to cold call as well as the other usual methods of driving recruitment sales. We are a very forward thinking modern recruitment company that encourages new ideas and input so we are looking for a candidate who is open minded to change.
As we expand into new areas, there may be the opportunity to work at other branches on a full time basis so candidates who are flexible to this may benefit. We would also consider a senior role for the right candidate.
The person we are looking to recruit will ideally come from a high street agency as we are looking for someone to hit the ground running. Experience in developing a temp desk, ideally within the industrial or clerical sector would be an advantage. You will have a proven track record in recruitment sales. Experience of handling and filling fast paced temporary bookings is essential. Senior Recruitment Consultants would also certainly be considered.
In return for your talent and expertise, we offer a very competitive salary and commission scheme. In addition, we have a staff benefits package. Our working environment is friendly, fast paced and professional. Hours are 8.30 til 5, Monday to Friday however as is the nature of recruitment, a degree of flexibility is required.
