We are one of the leading recruitment agencies in the East Anglia region and due to an exceptionally busy start to 2021, we are actively looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to assist in finding candidates for the many jobs we are recruiting for.
This is a key support role and whilst not for the faint hearted, can offer a great insight into the world of Recruitment and ultimately could progress into a permanent role and in time, a more consultative role for the right candidate.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong administration skills, possess an excellent telephone manner and be intermediate in their knowledge of all IT packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Based from our offices on Rous Road in Newmarket, the role will comprise of scouring CVs and selecting those who we feel are suitable and match the jobs in questions. In turn, the position will require contact with these candidates to initially screen suitability further.
Crem Recruitment have a training schedule in place and are happy to consider entry level applicants however previous experience within a sales, customer service or recruitment based role would be highly desirable.
We are initially looking to hire a candidate immediately on a short term temporary basis although if you excel then there may well be the opportunity to be hired on a permanent basis with a progressive career path mapped out ahead of you.
We are flexible in terms of hourly rate and working hours. We will consider both part time and full time requirements.
Interviews will take place virtually over the next week or so with an immediate start available.
