We are recruiting for a Sales administrator to join our Haverhill based Client.

Working as part of a small team the successful applicant will assist the sales team, taking enquiries from quote to order and through to invoicing and be involved in the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.

Duties include:

  • Answering telephone calls and email enquires
  • Assisting customers and prospective customers with product enquires
  • Processing quotes for customer stock orders and projects
  • Processing orders and ensuring customer required ship dates are managed with production and purchasing.
  • Communicate with customers on any order updates
  • Providing after-sales service to customers
  • Co-ordinate any customer returns and replacement orders
  • Gathering customer and prospect data and updating CRM system
  • Follow up any quotes provided to customers/ prospects
  • Attend occasional Industry trade events off-site and host in-house meetings and presentations

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication - Verbal and Written
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Flexible with a can do attitude

This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
