Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the Manufacturing sector to facilitate their busy operation at this important time.
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor to work at their busy offices in Newmarket.
- Correctly inputting customer orders, prices, and quantities onto the company ERP system.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Raising customer invoices.
- Allocating stock to orders
- Ensuring a smooth transition between incoming stock and order fulfilment.
- Clearly communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Filing orders, order acknowledgement and invoices.
- Full Time - Monday to Friday, offices hours with a degree of flexibility.
- Expert knowledge of SAP & SAGE is essential.
- Proven success in order processing/sales administration.
- SAP qualification would be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- PC Literate: Windows packages.
