The person:

You will be an experienced 360 consultant with the ability to win new business and manage your candidate pool. The ability to work well under pressure is essential as well as being an excellent communicator. Previous Sales experience is essential and you must be well presented and comfortable setting and attending sales meetings.

We do not believe in working to KPI’s, instead we believe that results speak for themselves so you must be motivated and a self starter whilst being able to demonstrate the level of service our Clients and Candidates have come to expect. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the team in the Branch Managers absence however this is very much a hands-on 360 role.
