Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the Customer Service sector to facilitate their busy operation at this important time.

Our client is looking to recruit a Service Account Manager to work at their busy offices in Newmarket.

Duties

  • Manage customer SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Handle customer complaints and incidents
  • Offer exceptional customer service and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage and oversee team members and delegating workload to direct reports
  • Improve service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Present and communicate effectively with customers/stakeholders of all levels
  • Reporting writing and analysing data

Hours

  • Full Time - Monday to Friday, offices hours.

Personal Specification

  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • IT Literate
  • Experience pitching and communicating ideas to stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen
