Description

We have a fantastic opportunity available for someone who has excellent Customer service and Administration skills to join an expanding organisation on the outskirts of Newmarket, Suffolk. This is a fast paced role and you must be an excellent communicator and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Hours:

Week One: 8am - 5pm
Week Two: 11am - 8pm 

Main duties will include:

  • Speaking with engineers on the phone
  • Processing orders
  • Scheduling jobs and organising routes
  • Updating databases
  • General administration duties

Applicants must have a flexible working approach and must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a Customer Service based role. Good IT skills are essential and there are several databases to learn.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive rate of pay, on site parking, company benefits and a fun working environment. You will work on a rota basis and will be expected to work 1 in three weekends.

Due to the location your own transport is essential for the position as they are not serviced by Public Transport.
