An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to work at a luxury Jacobean House set in stunning grounds overlooking Ely Cathedral.
With bed and breakfast guests along with regular weddings and private events held here, standard hours are 45 a week working 5 days out of 7. On a non event day hours are 7am to 2pm and on event days will be split between staff as follows:
7am to 2pm
7am to 5pm
11am to 8pm
12noon to 10pm
