Our client in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire is looking for someone with a "can do" attitude to join their small but effective team.

This is a temporary contract for 6 months for £8.26p/h

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8am until 5pm

Friday 8 until 12.45pm

37.5 Hour Week

You will be responsible for;

  • Processing RMA paperwork
  • Answering and diverting incoming calls as appropriate
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining company documentation Electronic & Hard Copies
  • Assist with data entry
  • Maintaining / ordering office supplies including stationery, coffee, tea, paper etc
  • Greeting visitors
  • Assist in the filing end of month / year paperwork
  • Booking of Carriers (UK & International)
  • Preparation of Invoices for Sales
  • Dealing with Product samples
  • Support for departments within the Business
  • General office duties
