Our client in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire is looking for someone with a "can do" attitude to join their small but effective team.
This is a temporary contract for 6 months for £8.26p/h
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am until 5pm
Friday 8 until 12.45pm
37.5 Hour Week
You will be responsible for;
- Processing RMA paperwork
- Answering and diverting incoming calls as appropriate
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining company documentation Electronic & Hard Copies
- Assist with data entry
- Maintaining / ordering office supplies including stationery, coffee, tea, paper etc
- Greeting visitors
- Assist in the filing end of month / year paperwork
- Booking of Carriers (UK & International)
- Preparation of Invoices for Sales
- Dealing with Product samples
- Support for departments within the Business
- General office duties
