Telemarketing Executives are required for a forward thinking, award winning company which prides itself in excellence and putting the client’s requirements foremost. This family run business has a very impressive client base and following recent expansion are looking for Telemarketers to join a well established, successful team.

This is not your average Telemarketing role, there are no hard targets or hard selling involved, this company want to nurture and support their staff and will invest time and training in the right applicant, with a view to offering permanent contracts after just an 8 week trial period. Applicants should have a confident, clear telephone manner, be able to work proactively in professional environment whilst hitting set key performance indicators. This is a marketing role over the telephone but good IT skills are essential.

No previous experience is required just the drive and determination to get results, the right attitude and the willingness to learn.

Normal working hours are 8.50am to 5pm Monday to Friday however providing a minim of 21 hours can be worked the client can be quite flexible. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate after just an 8 week trial period. Applicants should ideally be available for an immediate start, following a shortlisting process by Crem Recruitment.
