We are excited to present our client, an accomplished employer based just outside of Newmarket. We are currently recruiting for this company on behalf of our client for a Trainee Sales Executive to work at their fast paced offices. 

This is a challenging, pro active role that will require someone willing to learn with a confident and positive attitude in order to be successful. You must thrive from reaching targets and going that extra mile. Commission is available in the role based on the team's performance. Full ongoing in house training will be provided. Due to the nature of the role you are needed to have the capability to create and maintain customer and employee relationships. Our client only requires you to work Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm. 

Duties include but not limited to;

• Making outbound and receive inbound B2B calls
• Self-generate sales opportunities
• Work towards challenging targets
• Proactively generate leads

You will;

• Be sales motivated
• Possess a desire to make money and exceed your targets 
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The successful candidate for the Trainee Sales Executive role can expect a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 (PA) with on-site parking plus an attractive benefits package including full training, working office hours and excellent earning potential.
