We are currently recruiting for a permanent Forklift Operator/ Warehouse Operative for one of our biggest and most prestigious clients in Newmarket, Suffolk. We have been assigned to recruit, on their behalf, a focused and determined Forklift Driver to join their busy team. The role will involve working in a small warehouse. They are looking to start the right person immediately!

Hours
Monday to Friday
8.30am – 5pm (This may change due to business requirements)

This is a temporary to permanent position 40 hours per week.

Salary
£18,720.00

This is a rewarding and demanding position that will require you to operate a Counterbalance Forklift truck whilst following Health and Safety regulations.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating the Forklift Trucks, along with assisting in all areas of the Warehouse including picking and packing within the warehouse. There may be stock control tasks, and the right candidate must have a flexible approach to work, this is a varied position.

The Forklift Driver that we are looking to recruit will ideally come from a Warehouse background and will have experience operating Forklift Trucks as well as holding an in-date counterbalance licence, expired Forklifts area also considered.

Expired/old licences are acceptable.
