The client is offering an extensive training scheme, in which you will be trained up on all the machinery.  This is a fun, friendly, relaxed team ready to welcome their next team member. 

Although the client isn't asking for an experienced background, a keen interested in woodwork is essential as they are looking to take someone on permanently, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the industry. 

You must thrive from a fast paced work environment and consider yourself to be efficiently adaptable with a forward thinking approach. The successful candidate will have a full UK Driving License and be capable with physically demanding work.

Good communication skills, written and verbal are essential to be successful.

The successful candidate for the Mill Operative role can expect an hourly rate of £9.00 with on site parking. This rate will be reviewed and potentially raised following training and a successful probation. The company itself is expanding so the chance for growth within the business is likely for the right person.
